Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTC/GTU") govern the use of the sorelise.com website and the sales of products made between The Crimson Leviathan Limited and any adult individual acting as a consumer (hereinafter the "Customer").
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC/GTU. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before validating their order.

2. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC/GTU is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Sorelise to the Customer, as well as the conditions for using the Site.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day of consultation, subject to stock availability. Each product is accompanied by a precise description indicating its essential characteristics.
The photographs and visuals presented on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Despite the care taken in their creation, they are not contractual, and slight variations (color, finish, dimensions) may exist between the photograph and the delivered product.
Sorelise reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered at any time.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in the local currency of the delivery country, all taxes included where applicable. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and are indicated separately when validating the shopping cart.
Sorelise reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees may be applied upon entry into the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5. Order
The ordering process on the Site follows these steps:
- Selection of products and addition to cart;
- Verification of cart content;
- Entry of delivery and billing information;
- Choice of delivery method;
- Acceptance of these GTC/GTU;
- Validation and payment of the order;
- Order confirmation by email.
The order is only definitively validated after payment acceptance by our banking service provider. A summary order email is sent to the Customer at the address provided during the order.
Sorelise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason, particularly in the event of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, obvious pricing error, stockout, or incomplete delivery address.
6. Payment
Payment is exclusively by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express as available). Transactions are secure and processed by our approved payment providers.
The Customer's banking information is encrypted via SSL/TLS protocol and is never stored on Sorelise's servers.
The debit is made upon validation of the order. In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically canceled.
7. Delivery
Delivery conditions, times, zones, and costs are detailed in our Delivery Policy, accessible from the footer of the Site and which forms an integral part of these GTC/GTU.
Delivery times are indicative. No delay in delivery will give rise to damages, except in the case of an unreasonable delay within the meaning of applicable regulations.
The transfer of risks occurs upon delivery of the product to the Customer.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, return and refund procedures are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, accessible from the footer of the Site and which forms an integral part of these GTC/GTU.
9. Legal Guarantees
The Customer benefits from applicable legal guarantees, including:
- The legal guarantee of conformity which obliges the seller to deliver goods that conform to the contract and to be responsible for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery;
- The guarantee against hidden defects which covers hidden defects rendering the product unsuitable for the use for which it is intended.
To invoke these guarantees, the Customer must contact Sorelise at contact@sorelise.com by precisely describing the observed defect.
10. Liability
Sorelise undertakes to make every effort to ensure the quality of its products and services. However, its liability cannot be engaged:
- In case of non-compliance by the Customer with the recommendations for use, maintenance or precautions listed on the product or in its instructions;
- In case of misuse or inappropriate use of the product;
- In case of force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party;
- For indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the Site;
- In case of temporary interruption of the Site for maintenance, update or for any cause beyond its control.
The products offered are not medical devices and cannot replace medical advice or treatment. In case of doubt concerning the use of a product, the Customer should consult a healthcare professional.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Site (texts, images, logos, brands, graphics, photographs, videos, source codes) are the exclusive property of The Crimson Leviathan Limited or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Sorelise.
12. Personal Data
The processing of personal data carried out in the context of the use of the Site and the execution of orders is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer of the Site.
13. Cookies
The Site uses cookies, the terms of which are detailed in the Privacy Policy. The Customer can set their preferences at any time via the cookie management module.
14. Use of the Site
The Customer undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its purpose and these GTC/GTU. Prohibited activities include:
- Any fraudulent use of the Site or payment methods;
- Any attempt at intrusion, hacking, or disruption of the Site's operation;
- Unauthorized extraction or reproduction of the Site's content;
- The use of robots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site;
- Identity theft or the communication of false information.
Sorelise reserves the right to suspend or block access to the Site for any user violating these provisions.
15. Customer Service

16. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to an order, the Customer is invited to first contact customer service at contact@sorelise.com to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers residing in the European Union can use a free mediation procedure. They can also use the European online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTC/GTU are subject to the law applicable to the seller's registered office, subject to more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer Customer's habitual residence country.
In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of The Crimson Leviathan Limited, subject to applicable public order rules.
18. Modification of the GTC/GTU
Sorelise reserves the right to modify these GTC/GTU at any time. The applicable GTC/GTU are those in force at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
19. Partial Nullity
If one or more stipulations of these GTC/GTU are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain their full force and scope.
